Purpose
This Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) outlines the minimum standards of behaviour expected of all suppliers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and third-party providers (“Suppliers”) working with or on behalf of Plotlogic Pty Ltd (“Plotlogic”).
It reflects Plotlogic’s commitment to responsible sourcing, aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), OECD Due Diligence Guidance, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
Scope
This Code applies to all Suppliers globally and extends to their own suppliers, subcontractors, and affiliates involved in delivering products or services to Plotlogic.
Ethical Business Conduct
All Suppliers are required to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Prohibit corruption, bribery, extortion or any form of improper advantage
- Avoid conflicts of interest and declare any that arise
- Uphold fair competition and anti-trust practices
- Protect confidential data and intellectual property
Labour and Human Rights
Suppliers must:
- Prohibit forced, bonded, or child labour
- Ensure fair wages, benefits, and working hours
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment
- Recognise freedom of association and collective bargaining
- Take proactive steps to address modern slavery risks in operations and supply chains, in accordance with the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018
Workplace Health and Safety
All Suppliers are required to:
- Implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Identify and control hazards
- Provide appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and emergency response training
- Maintain incident records and continuous improvement practices
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers must:
- Comply with environmental laws and minimise adverse environmental impact
- Use resources efficiently and reduce emissions and waste
- Where applicable, disclose use of conflict minerals and rare earths, and strive for traceability
Monitoring and Due Diligence
Plotlogic may request Suppliers to:
- Complete self-assessment questionnaires
- Participate in audits or reviews (desk-based or on-site)
- Develop corrective action plans when non-compliance is identified
Suppliers are expected to cooperate fully and demonstrate continuous improvement in line with this Code.
Grievance Mechanism and Reporting
Suppliers must ensure workers are aware of grievance mechanisms without fear of retaliation.

Plotlogic will protect the identity of whistleblowers and investigate concerns responsibly.
Compliance and Enforcement
Compliance with this Code is a condition of doing business with Plotlogic. Breaches may lead to contract review, suspension, or termination. Plotlogic will work collaboratively to support resolution wherever feasible, prioritising remediation and transparency.
Conflict of Interest
By supplying goods or services to Plotlogic, Suppliers agree to formally disclose any personal, financial or professional interests that could potentially influence-or be perceived to influence- their impartiality and decision-making.
Acknowledgement
By supplying goods or services to Plotlogic, Suppliers agree to adhere to this Code and cascade its principles within their own supply chains.
