Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment
- In accordance with PC06: Anti-Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment Policy, discrimination and harassment based on any protected characteristic will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion.
- Any employee found to have engaged in discriminatory or harassing behaviour will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination in accordance with PC11: Discipline, Performance Management & Termination Policy.
Accountability and Monitoring
- Plotlogic will regularly monitor our progress in achieving our Diversity and Inclusion goals and make adjustments as needed.
- We will report on Diversity and Inclusion metrics and initiatives to stakeholders, including employees, investors, and board members.
Reporting and Resolution
- Employees are encouraged to report any concerns related to diversity, equity, and inclusion without fear of retaliation.
- Reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly, and appropriate actions will be taken to resolve any issues.
Responsibilities
- Leadership: The Executive team is responsible for setting the tone and leading by example in promoting Diversity and Inclusion.
- People and Culture Department: Together with the Leadership team, People and Culture is responsible for implementing and monitoring Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and ensuring compliance with this policy.
- All Employees: Every employee has a role in promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Review and Amendments
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective. Amendments will be made as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, company structure, or best practices.
